Your antivirus raises alerts. Who is looking at them?

With our SOC service, we monitor your endpoint protection for you. If something serious happens, you will hear from us and we will help you move forward.

What is a SOC?

A Security Operations Center (SOC) is a team that keeps watch over an organization's security alerts, separates real threats from harmless events and acts when something needs to be done.

Large companies often have a SOC of their own. Our SOC service gives smaller businesses the same kind of oversight, without having to build a security team themselves.

How it works

  1. 1.

    Alerts are collected

Alerts from the endpoint protection on your computers and servers are sent to us continuously.

  2. 2.

    Automatic triage

AI sorts and summarizes the alerts, so that harmless events do not take up anyone's time and real threats stand out.

  3. 3.

    Automatic isolation

When it is clear that a device you have approved has been hit, it is cut off from the network straight away, even outside office hours.

  4. 4.

    Human review

Everything that needs a person is reviewed by our security team every weekday.

  5. 5.

    We contact you

If something needs to be done, we call or email you and help you with the next steps.

Automatic isolation, even outside office hours

Some threats cannot wait until the next working day. That is why our AI can cut an infected device off from the network straight away, even outside office hours, to stop the threat from spreading.

  • You decide which devices may be isolated, such as laptops. Servers are never isolated automatically.
  • The AI only acts on detections with a very low risk of being a false alarm.
  • Both we and your contact person are alerted as soon as a device is isolated.
  • The isolation can be lifted remotely, and we follow up the next working day.

What's included

  • Monitoring of alerts on weekdays, 08:00 to 17:00
  • Automatic isolation of the devices you approve
  • Contact with you in the event of serious incidents
  • Human review of the alerts that need it
  • Automatic sorting of alerts
  • Support by phone and email
  • Checks that all devices are reporting in
  • Monthly report

Alerts that arrive in the evening or at the weekend are handled the next working day.

Who is it for?

The service is designed for businesses with 25 to 499 devices that already have endpoint protection in place but are too small for a SOC of their own.

It is a good fit if you do not have an IT department, or have one that does not have time to keep up with security.

Why choose our SOC service

A contact person who knows your environment

You get a contact person who knows how your environment is set up, and who picks up the phone when you need help.

We take care of the whole installation

Settings, new computers, licenses and questions from your staff. We handle the day-to-day work, so you do not have to.

People make the decisions

We use AI to help sort and summarize alerts. It may isolate a device you have approved, because that can be undone remotely, but it never decides on its own about actions that are hard to undo.

See how it would work for your business

We go through your environment and tell you what the service would include for you.
